Alisa joins the CMA team as a customer management and support specialist with over twenty years’ experience across a number of sectors, including over ten years as an awarded customer service professional with Virgin Australia. With roles in organisations like the Hyatt Regency, Mecure Geelong, La Parisien Restaurant and Walters Wine Bar II Melbourne, she has a demonstrable record of success in operational and customer experience.
With a broad formal educational background in Hospitality, Commerce and Allied Health, Alisa combines a unique mix of operational and service expertise with an acute business acumen having owned and managed a successful catering business and café in Nambour Queensland.
Alisa’s purpose is to deliver high quality customer service by understanding each client’s needs and delivering that service in a timely manner. She also prides herself in creating and enabling environments of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability and care for one another. She has a deserved reputation and proven record of achievement in creating service and operational excellence through her people-focused approaches and initiatives.
Alisa grew up in Torquay Victoria and has an elite junior sporting background. Her passions outside of work include languages, travel, her gorgeous pets and Surf Living Saving as a current, active member of Marcoola SLSC.
