I have been part of the CMA Accounting and Taxation team since 2001. I have been involved in almost every aspect of the business including administration, accounting, taxation, client training, staff training, marketing and back of office management. My passion in my career revolves around helping others to resolve their problems and alleviate worry. Sometimes it might be training a client on how to use Xero, other times it could be figuring out the best outcome for a client in respect to their taxation and personal needs, and sometimes it is supporting other CMA team members. Whatever it is, I get a great deal of satisfaction when the problem is solved and we can start to focusing on some new goals.
When I’m not in the office, I’m spending time with my family. My husband and I have two rambunctious young boys so we generally spend as much time as possible outdoors. We travel when we can, whether it’s visiting family in New Zealand, short trips to close by locations or a camping trip with friends.
